Used newspapers reused for wiping dirt in homes without water
Due to corruption, banking and computer work fraud, honest hardworking people are harassed and defamed by corrupt officials and politicians in panaji. The water supply to their house is cut, their house is burgled and plumbing damaged.
So they do not have water in the house to wash their hands after doing cleaning work.
Instead of purchasing expensive tissue paper for wiping the hands, it is better to use the used newspapers for wiping hands, and dirt. The dirty newspaper can then be thrown away.
