Due to the covid19 lockdown, the public transport has been shut down in most places
Hence Garbage collection adversely affected due to lockdown, since most of the workers cannot reach the place of work
A lot of the work at the recycling facilities is done manually
When there are fewer workers, the capacity will be reduced.
