Upcycling instead of recycling

When recycling involved breaking up the discarded material so that it can be used for making new products or services, increasingly upcycling has become popular. Upcycling involves using the discarded material for making new products typically for home decor, stationery and utility items. These products are usually handcrafted, expensive and exclusive as each piece will be different. Typically containers like boxes, coconut shells, bottles, tins will be upcycled to form home utility devices like flower vases, penstands and holders.
