According to online sources like hindustan, the used newspaper rates in India have increased to Rs 24 per kg, due to increased demand for the newspapers.
However, in panaji, goa, the rates remain very low, they are only offering Rs 5-7 per kg
while those who are offering Rs 5 kg at least are having a weighing scale for measuring, those who are offering Rs 7 per kg do not carry a weighing scale and are willing to pay for a far lower weight than the actual weight
So before selling newspaper raddhi in panaji, check if the raddiwala is having a proper weighing scale
